Project Manager (Remote, Full-Time)

This role is for a proactive self-starter who can maintain an upbeat, positive, can-do and calm demeanor; is adaptable to change; is able to work with minimal supervision; is a problem solver, collaborator, troubleshooter and resourceful creative thinker.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct project scope meetings on new projects
  • Assist in client meetings, developing presentation materials and conference reports
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate with creative and account teams, while ensuring the complete integration of other departments and resources throughout the development process
  • Work with outside vendors as required to complete job tasks making sure the integrity of the process is maintained
  • Engage in project planning activities, including but not limited to defining the overall project scope, developing and managing project timelines and budgets, and proactively communicating the project’s progress on an ongoing basis
  • Ensure “job start documentation” process is complete to guarantee a successful hand-off to internal teams, e.g., overall project scope, briefing documents, quotes, budgets and timelines
  • Use project management software to track project timelines, budgets and key milestones and serve as an electronic job jacket
  • Traffic managed projects throughout the organization to be sure appropriate team members review and proof
  • Manage projects to delivery within scope, on task and on budget

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field (or commensurate experience)
  • Healthcare or senior care industry experience preferred, but not required
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • Superior level organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience consistently communicating and achieving project deadlines in collaboration with other team members
  • Experience in website project management a plus
  • Excellent people skills and the proven ability to work well with a wide range of personalities
  • Ability to effectively drive processes and maintain established, defined processes
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Expert abilities in Microsoft Office, with broader Office 365 tools a plus
  • Demonstrated experience with project management and agency workflow best practices, e.g., “job start documentation”
